We are Homeowners

Only a week and a half after we said " I DO ", Kevin & I kept the momentum going with another life changing moment.  We purchased our first house! We close on it less than a month later, and couldn't be happier.  Well... I take that back, Kevin would be much happier if it had a pool (lol) but that we'll save that for house number two (hopefully).

We still had almost two months left at our apartment lease, that we couldn't get out of, so we decided to do some work on it before we moved in.

We painted, A Lot.  We put up wainscoting in my craft room.  Got the carpets cleaned. Cleaned a lot.  Got the yard fixed up, since we put our offer in they had let the weeds get out of control!  We were so grateful to have so many helpers; Foxy, Amy & Brian, Dan, etc we couldn't have done it without them.  Then a couple weeks later, we purchased a new master bedroom set & new family room set.  We decided we couldn't wait any longer and moved in.  WE LOVE IT!
